Timeline for PSEA Submissions:

When planning to use your PSEA for course fees, it’s important to submit your withdrawal request in a timely manner. Submissions must be made at least 10 working days prior to the commencement of your course. This lead time is crucial for MOE to process your withdrawal request and for JDMIS to receive the confirmation of your funding arrangement.

Important Note:

It is advisable to check your PSEA balance before making a withdrawal request. You can do so by calling the 24-hour automated PSEA hotline at 6260 0777, which is updated every Wednesday with the latest balance information.
