Official communication channels
The only official channels for communications with the JDMIS are by registered postal mail, traceable local or international courier or in-person delivery.
The JDMIS cannot guarantee attention to other forms of communication due to the imperfect transmission mechanisms and lack of adequate/authoritative receipt verification.

Acceptable methods of unofficial communication
For the convenience of our students and faculty, the JDMIS maintains a number of centralized communication points that are monitored at least once per day. Please remember that these channels are non official – if you do not receive a response to your communication you should verify with the school that it was received.
Telephone, Fax, WhatsApp and SMS
The JDMIS Central telephone line is +65 6221 5253 – this line is active during the schools operating hours. Urgent student communication requests may also be made to this number.
The JDMIS maintains a centralized SMS/WhatsApp communication number: +65 9125 4107. SMS messages sent to this number will be reviewed and forwarded to faculty/staff. Note that we DO NOT accept MMS messages of any sort.
